১) রেমিটেন্স পাঠিয়ে কীভাবে লকেট পাওয়া যাবে/ ক্যাম্পেইনটির বিস্তারিত জানতে চাই।
- স্যার/ম্যাডাম, ফেব্রুয়ারি মাসজুড়ে বিদেশ থেকে বিকাশ-এ বৈধভাবে টাকা পাঠিয়ে বাংলাদেশে আপনার প্রিয়জনের জন্য জিতে নিতে পারেন একটি ডায়মন্ড লকেট। নির্দিষ্ট সময়ের মধ্যে অনুমোদিত (এমটিও) মানি ট্রান্সফার প্রতিষ্ঠানের মাধ্যমে দেশে আপনার প্রিয়জনের বিকাশ একাউন্টে সর্বনিম্ন ১৫,০০০ টাকা পাঠাতে হবে। প্রতিদিন এক লেনদেনে সর্বোচ্চ পরিমাণ টাকা পাঠানো ১ জন তার প্রিয়জনের জন্য জিতে নিবে একটি ডায়মন্ড লকেট।
২) ক্যাম্পেইনটিতে কারা অংশগ্রহণ করতে পারবেন?
- প্রবাসী বাংলাদেশিদের জন্য এই রেমিটেন্স ক্যাম্পেইনটি প্রযোজ্য।
৩) আমি কি এই ক্যাম্পেইনে অংশগ্রহণ করতে পারবো?
- শুধুমাত্র প্রবাসী বাংলাদেশিরা এই রেমিটেন্স ক্যাম্পেইনটি প্রযোজ্য।
৪) এই ক্যাম্পেইন কতদিন চলবে?
- রেমিটেন্স ক্যাম্পেইনটি চলবে ০১ ফেব্রুয়ারি বাংলাদেশ সময় রাত ১২:০১ থেকে ২৮ ফেব্রুয়ারি রাত ১১:৫৯, ২০২৩ পর্যন্ত।
৫) কোন কোন দেশের জন্য এই ক্যাম্পেইন প্রযোজ্য?
- পৃথিবীর যেকোনো দেশ থেকে বৈধ মানি ট্রান্সফার প্রতিষ্ঠান কোম্পানির মাধ্যমে বিকাশ-এ বাংলাদেশে রেমিটেন্সের টাকা পাঠালেই এই ক্যাম্পেইনের জন্য প্রযোজ্য হবেন।
৬) পুরস্কার পেতে প্রতিদিন সর্বনিম্ন কত টাকা পাঠাতে হবে?
- একদিনে এক লেনদেনে সর্বনিম্ন ৳১৫,০০০ টাকা থেকে সর্বোচ্চ পরিমাণ রেমিটেন্স পাঠিয়ে ক্যাম্পেইনে বিজয়ী হবেন। উল্লেখ্য, এই প্রেরিত অর্থের সাথে ২.৫% সরকারি প্রণোদনা যুক্ত হবে।
৭) সর্বোচ্চ কত টাকা পর্যন্ত পাঠানো যাবে?
- একদিনে সর্বোচ্চ ১,২১,৯৫১ পাঠাতে পারবেন। এই প্রেরিত অর্থের সাথে ২.৫% সরকারি প্রণোদনা যুক্ত হবে।
৮) আমি বিজয়ী হলে কীভাবে লকেটটা পাবো?
- বিজয়ী ঘোষণার ৪৮ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে বিকাশ হেল্পলাইন 16247 এর মাধ্যমে উক্ত বিকাশ গ্রাহকের নাম্বারে সকাল ১০টা থেকে রাত ১০টার মধ্যে সর্বোচ্চ ৩ বার যোগাযোগের চেষ্টা করা হবে। তবে এই ৪৮ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে বিজয়ীর বাংলাদেশে বসবাসরত প্রিয়জন সাড়া না দিলে তিনি পুরস্কার গ্রহণের জন্য আর বিবেচিত হবেননা এবং পরবর্তী বিজয়ীর সাথে যোগাযোগ করা হবে।
৯) আমি কীভাবে বিজয়ী হতে পারি?
- একদিনে সর্বোচ্চ পরিমাণ রেমিটেন্সের টাকা প্রিয়জনের বিকাশ একাউন্টে পাঠিয়ে জিতে নিতে পারেন একটি ডায়মন্ড লকেট।
১০) একদিনে একই পরিমাণ সর্বোচ্চ টাকা ২ জন পাঠালে কে বিজয়ী হবে?
- সর্বোচ্চ পরিমাণ টাকা একাধিক প্রতিযোগী পাঠিয়ে থাকলে এক লেনদেনে সর্বপ্রথম পাঠানোর ভিত্তিতে বিজয়ী নির্ধারণ করা হবে।
১১) আমাকে কি একইসাথে পুরো টাকা পাঠানো লাগবে নাকি ভাগে ভাগে পাঠাতে পারবো?
- এক লেনদেনে সর্বোচ্চ পরিমাণ রেমিটেন্সের টাকা পাঠালে ক্যাম্পেইনে বিজয়ী হওয়ার জন্য বিবেচিত হবেন।
১২) লকেটটা কে পাবে?
- আপনি বাংলাদেশে আপনার যে প্রিয়জনের বিকাশ একাউন্টে রেমিটেন্সের টাকা পাঠাবেন, তিনি লকেটটি পাবেন।
১৩) আমি কি লকেট না নিয়ে টাকা নিতে পারবো?
- না। বিজয়ী হলে আপনাকে শুধুমাত্র লকেটটি গ্রহণ করতে হবে।
১৪) আমি কি প্রতিদিন বিজয়ী হতে পারবো?
- না। ক্যাম্পেইন চলাকালীন সময়ে শুধুমাত্র একবার বিজয়ী হতে পারবেন।
১৫) বিজয়ী হলে আমি কীভাবে জানতে পারবো?
- বিজয়ী ঘোষণার ৪৮ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে বিকাশ হেল্পলাইন 16247 এর মাধ্যমে উক্ত বিকাশ গ্রাহকের নাম্বারে সকাল ১০টা থেকে রাত ১০টার মধ্যে সর্বোচ্চ ৩ বার যোগাযোগের চেষ্টা করা হবে। তবে এই ৪৮ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে বিজয়ীর বাংলাদেশে বসবাসরত প্রিয়জন সাড়া না দিলে তিনি পুরস্কার গ্রহণের জন্য আর বিবেচিত হবেননা এবং পরবর্তী বিজয়ীর সাথে যোগাযোগ করা হবে।

- বিকাশ অনুমোদিত এবং তালিকাভুক্ত ব্যাংক, মানি ট্রান্সফার প্রতিষ্ঠান (এমটিও) এবং মানি এক্সচেঞ্জ হাউজগুলো থেকে বৈধভাবে টাকা পাঠাতে হবে। অনুমোদিত প্রতিষ্ঠানের তালিকা দেখতে ভিজিটঃ https://www.bkash.com/bn/remittance
১৭) আমি কি চাইলে লকেটটা ডিজাইন পরিবর্তন করতে পারবো?
- লকেটের রিসিট দিয়ে দেয়া হবে। আপনার প্রিয়জন চাইলে তা পরিবর্তন করতে পারবেন।
১৮) কোন দোকানের ডায়মন্ড লকেট দেয়া হবে?
- ডায়মন্ড ওয়ার্ল্ডস থেকে লকেটটি প্রদান করা হবে।
১৯) লকেটের সাথে কি চেইনও থাকবে?
- না। লকেটের সাথে কোনো চেইন থাকবে না।
২০) ডায়মন্ডের সাইজ কেমন হবে?
- সব বিজয়ীকে বিকাশ থেকে নির্ধারিত ডায়মন্ডের লকেট পুরস্কার হিসেবে দেয়া হবে।
২১) বিজয়ীকে কি লকেট তার এলাকা থেকে নিতে পারবে নাকি তাকে ঢাকায় যেতে হবে?
- বিজয়ীকে পুরস্কার নেয়ার জন্য অবশ্যই বিকাশ অফিসে আসতে হবে। এবিষয়ে তাকে ১৬২৪৭ থেকে কল করে জানানো হবে।
২২) এই ক্যাম্পেইনে কি বিকাশ এজেন্ট/মার্চেন্ট/ডিস্ট্রিবিউটর সবাই অংশগ্রহণ করতে পারবেন?
- জ্বি, পারবেন। তবে বিকাশ এর কোনো কর্মকর্তা এই ক্যাম্পেইনের অংশ নিতে পারবেননা।
২৩) এজেন্টের মাধ্যমে রেমিটেন্স সেবা নেয়ার ক্ষেত্রে কে বিজয়ী হবেন, এজেন্ট না কাস্টমার?
- এজেন্টের মাধ্যমে রেমিটেন্স সেবা গ্রহণ করলেও তা ক্যাম্পেইনের বিজয়ীর জন্য বিবেচিত হবে। তবে এক্ষেত্রে শুধুমাত্র রেমিটেন্স গ্রহণকারী গ্রাহক বিজয়ী হতে পারবেন।
- How to win the Diamond pendant by sending a remittance/Want to know the details of the campaign?
- The remittance campaign will run throughout the month of February. Win a diamond pendant for your loved one in Bangladesh by sending money to bKash from abroad. Send a minimum of Tk 15,000 to your loved one's bKash account in Bangladesh through an authorized Money Transfer Organization (MTO) within the specified period. 1 person sending the highest amount per day will win a diamond pendant for their loved one.
- Who can participate in the campaign?
- This remittance campaign is applicable to Emigrant Bangladeshis.
- Can I participate in this campaign?
- Only Emigrant Bangladeshis can win diamond pendants for their loved ones by participating in this remittance campaign.
- For how long will this campaign run?
- The remittance campaign will run from February 01 at 12:01 PM Bangladesh time to February 28 at 11:59 PM, 2023.
- For which countries is this campaign applicable?
- Remittances sent to bKash from any country in the world through a valid Money Transfer Organization (MTO) will be eligible for this campaign.
- What is the minimum amount that I need to send to receive the diamond pendant?
- You will win the reward by sending the maximum amount of remittance from a minimum of ৳15,000 in one transaction in a day. Note that 2.5% government incentive will be added to this remittance.
- What is the maximum amount of money that can be sent?
- Maximum amount of BDT 1,21,951 in a day. A government incentive of 2.5% will be added to this remittance.
- How do I receive the diamond pendant if I win?
- A maximum of 3 attempts will be made to contact the bKash customer number between 10 am and 10 pm through bKash helpline 16247 within 48 hours of the announcement of the winner. However, if the winner's loved one living in Bangladesh does not respond within these 48 hours, he/she will not be considered for the prize and the next winner will be contacted.
- How can I win?
- You can win the diamond pendant by sending the maximum amount of remittance to your loved ones in one day.
- Who will be the winner if 2 people send the same maximum amount in one day?
- If more than one sender has sent the maximum amount, the winner will be determined based on the first to send in one transaction.
- Do I need to send the whole amount at once or can I send it in installments?
- The person sending the maximum amount in one transaction will be considered to win the campaign.
- Who will get the diamond pendant?
- The person receiving the highest amount of remittance in their bKash account will be the winner of the diamond pendant.
- Can I claim money instead of taking the diamond pendant?
- No. You only can accept the diamond pendant if you win.
- Can I win every day?
- No. The winner can only win once during the campaign period.
- How will I know if I am a winner?
- A maximum of 3 attempts will be made to contact the bKash customer number between 10 am and 10 pm through bKash helpline 16247 within 48 hours of the announcement of the winner. However, if the winner's loved one living in Bangladesh does not respond within these 48 hours, he/she will not be considered for the prize and the next winner will be contacted.
- From which exchange houses do I need to send remittance from?
- Remittance should be sent from bKash approved Banks, Money Transfer Organizations (MTOs) and Money Exchange Houses. To see the list of authorized institutions, visit: https://www.bkash.com/bn/remittance.
- Can I change the design of the diamond pendant if I want?
- The receipt of the diamond pendant will be given. Your loved one can change it if they want.
- From which shop will the diamond pendant be given?
- The diamond pendant will be provided from Diamond World.
- Will there be a chain with the diamond pendant?
- No. There will be no chain attached to the diamond pendant.
- What will be the size of the diamond?
- All the winners will be awarded similar diamond pendants as determined by bKash.
21) Can the winner pick up the locket from his area or will he have to go to Dhaka?
- Winner must come to the bKash office to claim the reward. He will be informed about this by calling 16247.
22) Can all bKash agents/merchants/distributors participate in this campaign?
- Yes, you can. However, no bKash official can participate in this campaign.
23) Who will win in taking remittance service through agent, agent or customer?
- Even if the remittance service is received through an agent, it will be considered for the winner of the campaign. But in this case, only the remittance receiving customer can be the winner.
